Back in the kitchen

Loving getting back into the kitchen (apologies to those who have to eat the results).Another from Jamie Oliver’s Veg book last night, Greens mac ‘n’ cheese. Reminds me of macaroni pie that I became semi addicted to on honeymoon in Barbados, I think I was slightly heavier on the return flight as a result. May try this with fried herring which I find the closest to that wonderful Bajan fried flying fish. The food alone is enough reason to return to that wonderful island.
